Standard delivery: 1-2 days in house! (Mon - Sat), excluding holidays
We always ship your package as soon as possible. That is why we send all shipments with PostNL within the Netherlands.
After shipment we provide a Track & trace code that can be used to track your shipment.
If your shipment has not been received within this period, please do not hesitate to contact us via info@sneakerrepair.nl.
Returns
If you want to return your order for any reason, we are here to help you! We offer returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund of the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must not have any visible signs of use.
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Please let us know by sending an e-mail to info@sneakerrepair.nl with your order number.
- We'll give you the return address.
- Return all items to this address in a closed box.
Additional information:
- Upon receipt of your return we will refund the amount paid excluding shipping costs.
- In the case of returns, the shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
